I agree with your point that PC is better than all but i think that the PC would not have any emulator that would be 100% supportive and error free. IF you know about any emulator then please let me know.

I would choose PS4 due to its high quality graphics and sounds. Its controllers have comfortable grips so i never got tired from playing it. I have many skins of PS4 that I often use to change to keep it bright.
