I would assume it's related to creating your own team, the same as in NBA or NFL.

I can see that, the creating your own team thing. The only thing is that that has also never ever worked for me in those types of games, so maybe it will here.

Long story short, I think it's how the title says. Warhammer Fantasy. Apart from game concepts, it's a place for you to develop and discuss fantasy stuff.
