Hey I'm looking for some advice. I used to play heavily in my teens during 4th edition and again slightly into 5th / 6th. I slowly got drawn towards other games moving into infinity and warmachine/hordes as I got salty regarding codex creep and felt the 6th ed ruleset wasn't for me. I've kept dipping my toes back into 40k checking out the website this sub and making the odd conversations in my flgs. I've even bought pretty plastic models that never got made over the past few years.
Tyranids used to be my army with everything purchased up to to the tyrannocyte release. I also own about 3k of random points of orks about 3k or space marines 1.5k of necrons. Loads of unbuilt mechanicus with a scattering of skitarii. Some of this has been bulk ebay purchases over the years.
