What are the strongest competitive lists going in Warhammer 40k at the moment, and why?

What are the strongest competitive lists going in Warhammer 40k at the moment, and why?
Not just which codexes, but which lists (Battlewagon Blitz, High Tide, Rhino Rush, etc.) Placing other lists relative to them and also weaknesses/strengths of each list also appreciated.
 
Top lists for the ITC meta based

Warp spider spam supported with Scat bikes and Wraithknights (2 versions of this represented, one was the winner. Guess which one had more warp spiders)
White Scars battle company - interestingly the highest rank version of this wasn't all grav. It had funky diverse array of weapons geared towards being able to annoy and slow down any type of list and focussed on scoring maelstrom to win
Chaos daemons. Fateweaver, Grimoire of True Names buffing an imperial knight of Tzeentch/Screamerstar or bot
Wolf star with Librarius conclav
Necrons with canoptek harvest

Of course there are 'other' unusual lists in the top lists too. Interestingly Tau was completely absent but lists centered around the Riptide formation and Stormsurge's are also considered to be very nasty
