Can you use multiple castelant shine the light ability?

Can you use multiple castelant shine the light ability? Use it twice on the same model? What was the point of limiting spells to once per battle?
Was reading someone's tournament list where they had 4 Castelants all shining on a stardrake. Just think its bull shit, no one else can double down mystic shield.

Nope, the three rules of one only limit spells to my knowledge, so using the Lord-Castellant's lantern multiple times on the same unit can improve its save each time.
