Machines of War Coming to Mobile This Month
Tacticus, the mobile turn-based strategy game from Warhammer 40,000, will launch Machines of War in June 2024. For several months, Tacticus players have deployed their champions into an endless battle.
Players will be able to summon machines of mass destruction for the first time ever in Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus. With more than 60 champions and 15 playable factions, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus introduces a new era of mobile gaming.
In fast-paced PvE campaigns, PvP battles, and cooperative boss fights under guild banners, players can fight wars under their guild banner on the go. The Snowprint Studios team remains passionate about bringing the Warhammer 40k universe to mobile devices.
Machines of War Features:
• Players will now be able to deploy a sixth unit onto the battlefield. The machine appears off the hex grid as a stationary weapon.
• Machines have two main abilities, a primary which is always active. The secondary can be either an active or passive ability.
• Machines are usable in the following game modes:
o Arena
o Tournament Arena (Machines will be available in some tournaments but not all tournaments)
o Guild Raids
o Guild War
