Warhammer 40000 Darktide Beta Sign-Ups Are Open

It’s still going to be a while before the majority of us can take Warhammer 40000 Darktide for a spin, but there are those lucky few who will get the chance to playtest the beta. And the opportunity to do so has just arrived!

Developed by Fatshark, makers of the Vermintide franchise. Warhammer 40000 Darktide comes from a similar mold of fast-paced co-op gameplay from a first-person view. The big difference Darktide will have from Vermintide is that the former focused on melee combat and the latter will put a much greater focus on ranged strategies. This time, you and your friends will have to work together and think up strategic maneuvers to take your opponents down.

Here’s how to throw your name in for a shot at the beta: first head on over to the Darktide sigh-up sheet linked here. Scroll down until you see the box to enter your E-mail address, do so, and click Submit. In less than five minutes you will be sent an automated link to a survey page. Fill out that survey, enter it in and…that’s all you can do from your end. It’ll be up to Fatshark to deem you worthy.

Warhammer 40000 Darktide was originally scheduled for next month, but the release date was recently pushed back to November 30 on PC, and an unspecified future date for XBox Series S|X.
