New Warhammer 40K Tease Puts Chaos Forces in Space Marines 2
A new Warhammer 40K video tease has confirmed Chaos forces in Space Marine 2. The discovery is bound to ignite the gaming community with anxiety.
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 has been the most discussed and anticipated release this year. The studio has been teasing players with extensive videos including a 14-minute clip at the Gamescom 2023. These have established that the principal foe will be the alien Tyranids.
Combining melee and ranged combat showcases the power-armoured soldier grappling with Tyranids, chucking them around, and whipping them into the ground. So, far this is what gamers are used to.
In addition, the battles so far to save the Jungle World Kadaku, are against these aliens. Lieutenant Titus and his Ultramarines were not expecting the Chaos faction! Yet, this nine-minute video clip just proved exactly that. We discover the first teaser from the dialogue between two Ultramarines.
One Ultramarine asks: “Chairon, if we encounter Chaos forces…” Chairon replies: “You need not be concerned.”
Notably, this dialogue seems to be a launching pad for a shooting scene at the end of the video. The Ultramarines are being shot at by figures from a nearby mound. These beings resemble Rubric Marines of the Thousand Sons Traitor Legion, which are loyal to Tzeentch.
Furthermore, there is an old Rhino troop carrier among them. The only faction still using them is the Chaos. Plus, Titus no longer uses a Rhino if not the Primaris marines. The gameplay footage comes to an end, Titus sits beneath a purple sky filled with floating rocks – the Warp, or home of Chaos – with Chaos marines spotted in the distance. The purple tinge is the color of the Chaos god Tzeentch
Chaos forces will appear in the new release of Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2. The gaming community is excited as the launch date draws near.
