The Ironhead Squat Prospectors Investigates Necromunda
The Ironhead Squats are returning to Necromunda with the full force of an Ironhead meltagun, clad in Exo-suits and riding Svenotar Scout Trikes.
The Ironhead Squat Prospectors are the first faction outside the six great houses to receive a full expansion book in the form of The Halls of the Ancients, a 128-page hardback filled with the definitive story and rules of the faction.
In this level release, the House of… explores their origins in Necromunda. How the Confederation of Urlish arrived here, how the Great Charter was negotiated, and why they are still here today.
The Ironhead Squat Prospectors Get Full Expansion Book
The Warhammer Community outlined the new items required for operating Squat units.
There are full rules for creating and running Squat gangs, including extensive and updated weapon and wargear lists, two new fighters, new Exotic Beasts in the form of three Techmites, and the new Svenotar Scout Trike. The Exo-driller meanwhile returns alongside the Claim Jumper, the Skalvian Explorator, and Orrin and Urson Grimjarl.
It’s not over yet! Some weapons from the current Squat arsenal are still missing in plastic – most of these are being added to the Ironhead Squat Prospectors Weapons & Upgrades set.
This is a comprehensive resupply, with
- two sprues that each contain the following: six heads,
- two hand flamers, two axes, two power pack mounts,
- one flamer, one meltagun, one autopistol, one stub gun, one mining laser,
- one photo lumen, one holstered pistol, one heavy flamer,
- one two-handed power axe/power pick, one arc welder, one gem extractor, and
- one circular stone saw. There’s also a pointing arm.
As the Ironhead Squat Prospectors complete their final gear check, they will head out into the ash wastes to stake claims and kick butt. As usual, this website will keep you updated with more details about the release date as they become available.
