The New Edition of Warhammer 40K Is Ready
This July, the new edition of Warhammer 40K opens to the public from every store worldwide. This means that tons of gamers can now revamp their gameplay with new pieces, rules, and maps. The new game is available in three sets:
- The Starter Set
- The Ultimate Starter Set
- The Introductory Set
The Introductory Set – Warhammer for Dummies
This is where every new player is encouraged to begin. If you have never played Warhammer, or have never set up the pieces, even though there are 40,000 of them, this is the right set. The beauty of the pieces in this set is that you won’t need to use glue. Each piece is designed with a broad balanced base that allows it to be moved easily.
They are called push pieces.
To help you organize everything from scratch to perfect, the game is accompanied by an Introductory Handbook. This guide is easy to follow and provides techniques, explains the game process and provides story sources – plus an introduction to the game, tutorials, and training scenarios
The Starter Set – Warhammer Standard Game Players
Warhammer players who have some knowledge of tabletop games or even Warhammers who have played some games may want to acquire this set. It contains a handbook with more rigid or advanced rules. Two additional rule sheets are included.
The Ultimate Starter Set
This box is loaded with units for the advanced player who wants to have everything included in the two prior sets and more. This allows for a fully created battleground. Besides a 72-page Ultimate Handbook containing all the introductory information, there is a 72-page Core Rules booklet with Warhammer 40K rules.
All these games are available in the Warhammer Community and approved sales venue. The company will be publishing all available points of sale shortly. Keep an eye open for more updates.
