Warhammer 40,000 Balance Update -New Munitorum Field Manual
The Warhammer Community blog post has uttered a call to lay down arms and dice and focus on the impending changes that are bound to hit in the coming days. It says “Put down your dice and tape measures, stop priming those miniatures, and get your calculators and army building app ready – the latest balance update for Warhammer 40,000 is here. There’s a Munitorum Field Manual update with additions to the FAQ and errata to iron things out .”
With this balance update, the focus is on continued external and internal balance adjustments through point adjustments. Overperforming units from the Adepta Sororitas, Thousand Sons, Drukhari, and Space Wolves are receiving points adjustments to help them catch up.

Several changes have been made to give Orks and Genestealer Cults more options since the Chapter Approved: Pariah Nexus Mission Pack was released.
In general, factions are doing well against each other, and most of the remaining changes are meant to improve internal balance, which should lead to more variety in army lists. The blog post stressed that it was important to keep all players informed.
Updates to the FAQ and Errata continue to answer questions commonly asked by the community so people have a clear and official answer to play with. We have used this update as a chance to clean up Surge moves, as there were quite a few variations with different limits – we have standardised the rule to make sure everyone is on the same page.
A new version of the Balance Dataslate will be added to the game later this year, along with the updated Munitorum Field Manual and any further updates that might need to be made to the FAQ and Errata. Several changes are being made that are designed to improve Codex: Space Marines players’ experience. These changes include Miracle Dice usage and generation, and Cult Ambush mechanics, among others.
