Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 -New Post-Launch Overview
Space Marine 2, the largest Warhammer 40,000 game ever, is getting even bigger. New maps, modes, and cosmetics will commence soon in this post-launch expansion.
In the newest trailer, you’ll get a glimpse of the upcoming new Lethal Difficulty and the upcoming new PvE operation: Termination. Here you will face the enormous Hierophant Bio-Titan, the most deadly threat the Tyranid swarm possesses.
A major update for Space Marine 2 will be available for free and for all players very soon, featuring Termination and the new Lethal Difficulty mode. New updates will keep coming throughout 2025. There will be new PvE operations, PvP maps and modes, and a blood-pumping Horde mode. This new mode will have just one goal: survival. In addition, there will be awesome cosmetics for all your favorite Space Marine chapters.
Besides the free updates that will be released regularly for the next few months, Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment will introduce a Dark Angels theme pack soon as part of the Season Pass. As part of the first Season Pass, new weapon styles, armor pieces, and color schemes featuring the Unforgiven will expand the Battle Barge’s already numerous customization options.
Space Marine 2 New Post-Launch Overview
According to the Games Press blog post, Space Marine 1 is set to launch an expansion campaign based on user feedback and requests. The new project will start this quarter and throughout 2025.
