Warhammer ‘Macho’ Men Flexes Muscles
With all the thousands of millions tossed into gender equality, you would believe that women would be overwhelmingly welcomed on major platforms. Games Workshop and the Warhammer community just got a wake up call that is as baffling as is hilarious. Are women forbidden in this miniature macho world?
Notably, a few days ago the studio mentioned on a single codex page that some of the Custodians were females. The item was immediately spotted by ‘Warlock Holmes’ who quickly armed himself and launched a challenge. How dare anyone create a female miniature!
Games Workshop sprung to the defense of the lore with a friendly reminder, that women have always been there. The post on X reiterated.

This should have squashed the challenge and confirmed that the Warhammer Universe and especially the Old World, are neutral. Games Workshop was dead wrong. Soon every single ‘Macho’ was crawling out of their hole and brandishing their tights.
From Reddit to recognized publications, they dug holes and found platforms for their new Warhammer Few Thousand: Rise of the Machos. One Reddit User made it clear that he preferred monsters to women.
