Horus Heresy Gets New Battle Group Box
There is a new battle group box for the Horus Heresy faction of the Warhammer 40k. The new Legiones Astartes Battle Group box has been added to the war machine of the powerful faction.
There’s great news from Games Workshop. The Legiones Astartes Battle Group is built just for you. Or anyone else looking to take part in the Horus Heresy
The Legiones Astartes Battle Group comes with 32 miniatures for the Horus Heresy. The group includes 30 Marines in Mark III Power Armor and a Deredeo Dreadnought.
Also included are some special weapons upgrades. These Marines function regardless of their legion, so you can use them for either Traitors or Loyalists.
If you’ve already got the other Marines from the starter box, then this box might not be a bad idea. You’ll get a couple of Special Weapon units to add to your army. If you’ve played before, then you know how valuable those weapons are.
This set comes with an assortment of models, including the Land Raider and Deredeo Dreadnought, but what I really like is that none of the models are repeats from the starter box.
Even if you’re adding to a full set, all these models are different from the starter set. You might have gotten the Dreadnought instead of a Spartan Land Raider, but now you’ve got two different Land Raiders.
It would be a great idea to start out by getting the Horus Heresy starter box and then adding on the Legiones Astartes Battle Group. That will jumpstart your collection and get you playing within no time.
Here is the Warhammer Announcement priced at $210 €160 £125
