The digital card game, Warhammer 40k: Warpforge, is finally making its way to PC and mobile devices. The game is expected to hit Steam Early Access on October 19, 2023.
Game developers Everguild have announced a release date for Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, a digital card game set in the expansive Warhammer world. It will be released on Steam Early Access on October 19th, and then on mobile platforms on November 2nd.
This card game brings the iconic Warhammer characters and creatures to the card gaming world. Players can collect and play with their favorite armies in different environments.
“We are thrilled to announce the release date of Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge,” said Andres Tallos, CEO of Everguild.
“We have poured all our passion for card games and for the Warhammer universe into every detail of the game. We have massive plans for the game going forward, and hope players will join the community early on and forge a fantastic story with us for years to come.”
One of the most compelling aspects of Warhammer is its unique environment. Warpforge delivers on this promise with captivating artwork, special effects, music, and voice-overs. Players are immersed in the dark realities of the future.
Another great feature is the factions that will be available at the launch. There will be six well-known factions to kickstart your gaming and collection:
- The Ultramarines, led by Marneus Calgar and Varro Tigurius,
- The Hive Fleet Leviathan Tyranids
Pre-registration for Warpforge is highly recommended to be sure not to miss out on the release. By pre-registering, players receive ten free booster packs to get their collection started. There will also be bundles available for purchase that contain premium campaigns, additional boosters, and exclusive cosmetic items for those with a preferred faction.
Set in the 41st millennium, Warpforge will bring together all the major factions of the Warhammer 40k universe. The factions are present as digital cards and players can collect and use them in brutal and fast-paced battles.
